Returns and Conditions

1. In the event of a return, you must first contact Independent Vision to obtain a return authorisation.
2. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the device to Independent Vision.  
3. The product must be in as new condition, complete with all packaging and accessories. If any item is missing or damaged, a restocking fee will apply.
4. The package should be contained within an outer box, to ensure the packaging does not become scuffed or otherwise damaged. Failure to adequately protect the product will result in a restocking fee.

Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect the product, the packaging, and the accessories for damage, and to ensure everything is returned. If all is in order, we will issue a refund for your product, excluding shipping fee. Processing of your refund is handled according to the method of payment used to buy the product from Independent Vision.
